About the firm
A small firm, by choice.
Bagmar and Associates works out of Krishna Business Center in Vijay Nagar. We keep the client list small enough that CA Dhawal Bagmar knows every file on it. That is the whole idea behind how the firm is run.
Large multi-city firms put a partner in the first meeting and a junior on the work. We do it the other way round. The person who understands your accounts is the person who answers when you call about them.
CA Dhawal Bagmar
Dhawal is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and runs the practice in Indore. His work is mostly GST and income tax for owner run businesses, along with statutory and tax audits for companies in and around the city.
He handles client conversations himself. If you have a notice, a bank asking for audited accounts, or a partner joining the business, that discussion happens with him and not with a coordinator.

One point of contact
Your file is not passed around. You message one number and get an answer from the person who filed your last return.
Dates before deadlines
We ask for documents ahead of the date, not on it. If something is missing, you hear about it with time to fix it.
Plain explanations
Before you sign a return or a form, you get a short note on what it says and what it commits you to.
The office
We are on the third floor of Krishna Business Center on Rasoma Lab Square Road, near Medana Hospital. Parking is available in the building. Most clients come once at the start and then send documents on WhatsApp.
