Services
Compliance work, done on time and explained in plain words.
We work with proprietors, partnership firms, LLPs and private limited companies in Indore. Below is exactly what each service covers, what we need from you, and who it suits.
GST registration and returns
We register your business, file your returns every month or quarter, and reconcile the credit in your 2B against your purchase register so you do not lose input tax credit you have already paid for.
New GST registration, amendments, and additional place of business
GSTR-1 and GSTR-3B, monthly or under QRMP
Input credit reconciliation with GSTR-2B before every filing
GSTR-9 and 9C at year end
Replies to GST notices, and refund applications for exporters
Sales and purchase data for the period
Bank statement for the month
Portal login, or an e-filing OTP when we file
Suits traders, manufacturers, service firms and e-commerce sellers registered in Madhya Pradesh.
Income tax filing and planning
Filing is the last step. The part that saves money happens earlier, when we look at how you are drawing income, what you are claiming, and whether the old or new regime works better for you this year.
Returns for salaried individuals, proprietors, firms, LLPs and companies
Advance tax working before each of the four dates
TDS returns, Form 16 and 16A, and lower deduction certificates
Capital gains on property and shares, including 26AS and AIS checks
Replies to intimations under 143(1) and department notices
PAN, Aadhaar and last year's return
Books or bank statements for the year
Investment, loan and insurance proofs
Suits business owners who want the planning conversation before March, not a filing receipt in July.
Company and LLP registration
Setting up is quick. Staying compliant in year one is where new companies slip. We do both, so your first annual filing is not a repair job.
Private limited, LLP, partnership firm and proprietorship setup
Name approval, DSC, DIN, PAN and TAN
MOA, AOA, LLP agreement and partnership deed drafting
First year ROC filings, including AOC-4, MGT-7 and DIR-3 KYC
Udyam, professional tax and shop establishment registration
PAN and Aadhaar of every director or partner
Passport size photographs
Registered office proof and a no objection letter from the owner
Suits founders raising money, taking on a partner, or moving from proprietorship to a company.
Statutory audit and compliance
An audit should tell you something useful about your business. We review the books through the year rather than opening them in September, so the report holds no surprises and your team is not buried in queries.
Statutory audit for companies and LLPs
Tax audit under section 44AB
Internal review of purchases, stock and cash controls
Bank stock audit and certification work
A written compliance calendar for the year ahead
Tally or accounting software backup
Bank statements and loan sanction letters
Stock statement and major purchase bills
Suits companies crossing the turnover limits and firms whose lenders ask for audited accounts.
Questions we get before signing up
How do you charge?
A fixed fee for the year on retainer work like GST and accounts, and a quoted fee for one time work like registration or a notice reply. You see the number before we start.
We are behind on filings. Will you still take us on?
Yes. Tell us how far back it goes. We will list what is pending, what the late fee looks like, and the order we will clear it in.
Do we have to come to the office?
Only if you want to. Documents can come on WhatsApp or email. Most clients meet us once at the start and then work over messages.
Do you work with clients outside Indore?
We do, mostly in Madhya Pradesh. The work runs the same way, and we come to your place of business when the audit needs it.
Not sure which of these you need?
Send us your turnover, your registrations and what is pending. We will tell you what applies and what it costs.
